Good day,
I am a SRRV holder with my wife and daughter as my dependent.
I have filed for a SRRV Visa Downgrading in PRA Clark Office. They have informed me that they have already sent to the Bureau of Immigration our documents for the processing of the downgrading of our visas. Hence, I would like to follow up the status of my application. It is indeed important for us to know so that we could then process the release of our bond to sustain our expenses here in the Philippines.

Thank you for your request dated Sep 10, 2020 04:06:37 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You asked the Bureau of Immigration where you could secure Bond Refund under the SRRV Program.
BI appreciates the information. However, please be informed that the matter may be addressed by the Philippines Retirement Authority (PRA) where you applied for an SRRV, the Bureau of Immigration has no jurisdiction over SRRV issuances.
