hi! i would like to request permission to re-enter the Phillippines. 
 I am a 6th year dental student at the Adventist University of the Philippines. I am 22 years old, from Cameroon and unfortunately my passport is expiring on Nov 16, 2020.My student Visa is still valid till March 2021. Due to the pandemic was not able to exit the country during summer time and the nearest embassies request a face to face appointment but I would like to exit the Philippines to Cameroon on the 13th November and request entry on the 29th po. May i please be accepted back in with my student visa and ACR-iCard po
