Good Evening, I would like to request for information regarding;

1. What to put in the application form for oplan visa, should it necessary be the person's name who bought the vehicle and being registered in Land Transportation Office (LTO) or the person who uses the vehicle now?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact Land Transportation Office (LTO) at lto.gov.ph for matters relating to OPLAN e-VISA, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal of LTO.
