Good day my name is Daniel Adrian L. Camingue, resident of Poblacion 1, General Luna, Surigao del Norte. I would like to know HOW TO FILE a DEPORTATION CASE against a certain American National doing business in our Island and had been a headache to us for four (4) months now in our business area. His name is Chad Searcy. He harassed, mocked, and disrespected local businessmen here showing unacceptable, rude, and demeaning attitude towards us for quite a long time. He has police records here and working without working visa. I would like to ask for your kind reply regarding this matter.
