Dear Mirasol Maligro,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 03, 2020 11:58:55 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your requested for list of person with Hold departure Order (HDO) within this month. 

Based on your request, we inform you that the Bureau grants issuance of a Certification of a person under the HDO, you may course your application through the Certification and Clearance Section (CCS) located at the ground floor of BI- Main Office, Intramuros, Manila, for proper guidance. 

Please note that requirements of Certificate of a person under the BI derogatory lists, as well as its related fees could be downloaded and viewed in the BI website (www.immigration.gov.ph).
