Good Morning/Evening,

I would like some clarification as to if i can use my US emergency passport to travel in the philippines, was a former filipino citizen but my philippine passport has expired and i have lost it. I am trying to travel back to the philippines to marry my fiance that is currently residing in the philippines. I got no other proof that i am a filipino except for my expired US passport that say i was born in manila.
Any info/advise would be much appreciated.
