Hi, good afternoon
last 6 months i was went to philipines for travelling and i got blacklist for no reason and the immigration also didnt gave me any reason why they blacklist me from philipines, i want to lift up my name from blacklist because now im hard for travelling sir

Dear Suryanto Hamza,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 14, 2023 05:38:39 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You narrated that in your letter that "last 6 months i was went to philippines for travelling and i got blacklist for no reason and the immigration also didnt gave me any reason why they blacklist me from philippines, i want to lift up my name from blacklist because now im hard for travelling"

In reply to your query, we advice filing of a Petition for lifting of Blacklist (BL), said Petition shall (i) state the Petitioners name, his/her known aliases, if any, and present address (ii) state the grounds for Lifting BL, with evidences; (iv) specify the reference no. of the derogatory Order; and (iv) show proof of payment of the fees prescribed.  Once a Lifting Blacklist Order was issued, you may be allowed to return to the Philippines.
