Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you requested. You may inquire with the respective embassy of your country of destination if your concern pertains to your derogatory record in that country (e. g. whether or not you are blacklisted from entering a certain country due to failure to finish an employment contract). The Bureau maintains a repository of derogatory records (Hold Departure Order, Watchlist Order, Alert List Order) and other issuances issued by the local authorities and the International Criminal Police Organization to track down and arrest criminals.

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
