Hi, BI I would like to request do reconsider my order to leave application as i dont have any money with me due to im suspended from work, and Im writing this letter to reconsider my order to leave and let me stay to process my new 9G visa so i can work and get money to go back and come here in Philippines again. Please I beg you reconsider it as im due to loan and as im suspended i cant even pay those, I want to clear the loans with the salary i will get from work. Please sir reconsider my application so i can be able to pay and I really need the job i dont have any money to pay rent or food.

Your Request

You asked for Order to leave reconsideration.

BI appreciates the information given. Please be informed that all application for Tourist Visa Extension (TVS) and Motion for Reconsideration (MR) such as Order to Leave Reconsideration requires submission of your passport at the TVS located at the BI- Main Office, Windows 29-35 for evaluation/ assessment. 

Likewise, application for CA 613 Sec 9(g) working visa may be viewed and downloadable at www.immigration.gov.ph
