I got offloaded last June 27,2023 at NAIA TERMINAL 3 because of lack of document specifically the CFO certificate.After I had the complete documents needed,I was able to travel to Germany last July 28,2023 and back to the Philippines ,September 24,2023.I've been planning to visit Germany again this year and I would like to request if somehow,my offload history could be cleared off.I am hoping for your kind consideration and speedy process.Thankyou very much and best regards

You asked for Offload history.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this portal is not a proper venue for your request. 

Please note that we do not have an existing process of clearing travel/offload history in our system. All arrivals and exits, including deferred departure record (offload) cannot be cleared off the Bureau’s database as this information is required to form part of the passenger’s travel history. Nevertheless, please be advised that you will be subjected to the usual immigration inspection on your next travel.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the Commissioner thru xinfo@immigration.gov.ph. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
