Hi! I would like to request information on how to secure for a copy of TVV Extension Official Receipt attached to a TVV extension application which has been investigated and found out to be forged used as a ground of blacklisting a foreigner. As a spouse, I would like to secure a copy of that FORGED TVV EXTENSION O.R. from Bureau of Immigration so I am very interested to know of how to go about it.

You asked for TVV Extension Official Receipt.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. May we advise you to kindly coordinate personally with the Tourist Visa Section or the BI Office where you filed for the extension. 

You may contact Tourist Visa Section by calling 02 8465 2400 local 102 or you may go at BI MAIN OFFICE, we are open from Monday to Friday, 7am to 5:30pm. Thank you. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to ird@immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
