my girlfriend want to visit me in France during 1 month.
She already  got the visa from franch Embassy in Manila.

Does she need a CFO to leave the country ?
( it is her first tourism travel)

Please be informed that Filipino partners of foreign nationals, especially those traveling for the first time, are required to secure a Commission on Filipino Overseas (CFO) certificate.
