Good evening!

I traveled to Qatar to work on the year September 08,2015-July 03, 2019. I would like to request for travels records on my travel to Qatar before because it is one the requirements needed for me to be able to get Qatar Police clearance.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to personally file your application or request to the BI Main Office. This is in compliance to the Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Please be reminded that Travel Record is protected by the Data Privacy Act. Thus, it can only be disclosed to the owner of the information, with Special Power of Attorney if thru authorized representative or with Court Order.

Your right to request a review
