I hope everything is well..
I'm Catherine R Basiyo, residing in Sampaloc Manila. I just want to confirm if the person above name Conrad Caoili was in your master list of and OFW in United Kingdom and died last October 15, 2021 he is a filipino citizen, and if he has a son name Christopher Caoili and James Caoili. And Also Sir/Maam I want to confirm if Purita Celajes Urban was the mother of Christopher Caoili and James Caoili a citizen of United Kingdom.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) at poea.gov.ph, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal found in the POEA's website.
