Your Request

You asked for Tourist Application.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. Filipino tourists are required to present valid passport, valid visa (if applicable), confirmed return/roundtrip ticket, hotel/accommodation and travel/health insurance.  When the passenger is identified with doubtful purpose of travel or with fraudulent/tampered documents, he/she shall be referred for secondary inspection for further assessment/interview. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to BI Commissioner Officer-in-Charge Rogelio D. Gevero, Jr. and send it via email to immigph@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
