Purpose: Requested to lift the offloaded record so that I will not be questioned again on my future travels.

Tracking no: #BI-904539489502

Hi.
Good Day!

I previously worked as an OFW and returned to the Philippines in 2019. I decided to return using a visit visa in Sept.2020, having met all of the requirements but unaware that the affidavit of support was invalid. When verified, the affidavit I was bringing was expired (my first degree cousin received it in Feb. 2020) and got offloaded. Last Oct. 2023 I was given a chance to go out the PH funded by our company (company tour). The attending officer advised me to request my record to be lifted once I returned to the Philippines (Officer Mallari- female) since I am already employed
