Hi  Good Morning,

Its my 4th time requesting and waiting for  my accepted request.

I would to request information in behalf of my stepdad. He was black listed 5 years ago due to overstaying. I would like to know if it is already lifted. We would like to know so he can go here for a short time and  take care of him he is now ill due to age and alone in Perth, Australia.  His name is Eelko Hans Feenstra [Text Redacted].
