requesting for travel documents for my passport renewal because i was given the amnesty going home here in the philippines by the president . i wasn't able to get my passport from my employer last march 2018 thats why i was only given  travel docs .and now i need a copy form it for my passport renewal .. thank you

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) at dfa.gov.ph and for the request for an appointment relative to matters concern.
