Hi, I want to help my friend to check  if she still in blacklist or not. 
how we will know the violation of person blacklist. she planned to went to our friends weeding however they hold to Airport.

she didn't know the violation. and how to process to lift in blacklist in the philippines.

our friend  put her to blacklist, now we just want to verify  how long to wait?

What is requirements for lifting person blacklist.
How long it takes?
how to request lifting black list person?

Your Request

You asked for BLACKLIST - LIFTING.

Greetings!

In respect to your request of the list of blacklisted foreigners, our office is prohibited provide such information in accordance to the Data Privacy Act.

In your inquiry if your friend is blacklisted.
 
Your friend or his/her duly authorized representative must submit a formal requests addressed to Commissioner Jaime H. Morente at the Bureau of Immigration Main Office in Intramuros, Manila inquiring his/her status in respect to Blacklist or any other derogatory records.  The request must state the nature of the request with attached duly authenticated/certified true copies of pertinent documents supporting such request and payment of appropriate legal fees.

Lastly in respect to your query about lifting of Blacklist.

Kindly submit a formal requests for lifting of entry from the Blacklist addressed to Commissioner Jaime H. Morente at the Bureau of Immigration Main Office in Intramuros, Manila stating therein the nature of the request with attached duly authenticated/certified true copies of documents to prove that the ground for inclusion in the Blacklist no longer exists and payment of appropriate legal fees.
