Thank you for your request dated Apr 28, 2023 11:38:36 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for ACR I CARD of Chinese.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested.

Kindly be informed that subject to Memorandum No. MCL-10-004 dated 08 March 2010, non-restricted foreign nationals previously granted a total authorized stay of fifty nine (59) days who wish to further extend his authorized stay as temporary visitor under Section 9(a) of Commonwealth Act No. 613, otherwise known as the Philippine Immigration Act of 1940, as amended, are included in the coverage of those to be issued an ACR I-Card.

According to said Memorandum, no application for extension of Temporary Visitor's Visa (TVV) beyond a total authorized stay of more than fifty nine (59) days... shall be granted without proof of payment of all immigration fees and related charges, including the ACR I-Card issuance fee.

Your right to request a review
