Hi! I would like to request for my travel history since 2012 to date. My one passport was stolen, and it would be lovely to have a personal reference, which I may use in the future. Thank you.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to apply for your travel record considering this falls under regular transactions please check this link https://www.immigration.gov.ph/services/certification/travel-records-certification and set an appointment https://e-services.immigration.gov.ph/.

Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Commissioner Jaime H. Morente and send to immigPH@gmail.com.
