Hi ask ko lang po panu maka kuha ulit nang immigration arrival sticker kasi dumating po ako sa Pilipinas noong July 23,2023 at 10pm at di ko po naidikit agad sa passport ko kasi nag mamadali po akong kunin ang maleta ko. Pag dating ko po sa hotel is wala na yung sticker .
I hope you can help me. I really  need my sticker stamp this January for my next travel to EU to visit someone. Thank you so much in advance

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. Request to Re-stamp Arrival details due to lost Arrival Sticker may be done by applying for the same in the BI Main Office. You may retrieve your requested information from BI official website immigration.gov.ph or click the link  https://immigration.gov.ph/services/others/failed-to-stamp-encoded for the process of re-stamping the arrival. Further, you also click the link https://immigration.gov.ph/images/FORMS/IRD_Form_2021Jul06/IRD01QF006Rev03.pdf for the Checklist and Form.

However, you may also secure your Travel Record as proof of your travel by personally applying for the same in the BI Main Office or your duly authorized representative with Special Power of Attorney (SPA).
