I'm reaching out to your office for your kind advice regarding the status of my application for Dual Citizenship.
NAME: Socorro Dacillo Funtanilla
AGE: 84 years old

I already visited your good office, completed and submitted all requirement and underwent and finished my oath taking as well.

All that is lacking now are signatures from your the corresponding officers, all papers are already with you.

Given my age and health condition, I will greatly appreciate your kind guidance on how to escalate and proceed with this.
