I would like to reach out these accredited cold storage facilities to donate dry ice for transportation of the vaccines once it arrives here

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact Office of Usec. Ernesto S. As of now, the accreditation of cold storage facilities is under the National Meat Inspection Service. The list is uploaded in their website: https://nmis.gov.ph/menu-accr-list .
