Dear Sir/Ma'am,

We are conducting a Sustainable Agriculture (SA) Database and Mapping Study together with Nueva Vizcaya State University and Central Bicol State University of Agriculture. I would like to request for a list of sustainable agriculture practitioners trained by DA including their location, farm size, SA approach/practice and contact details (if possible). From this list, we shall shortlist respondents for our survey. Thank you for your support.

Warm regards,
Mae Valdez
