Panganiban 07:53 AM, Aug 07, 2020

Hi, I am with the Global Environment Facility (GEF), an international financing organization that was once part of the World Bank. I am looking for the employees of the National Fisheries Research and Dev't. Institute and all project documents that were responsible for overseeing the SMART-SEAS from 2012 - 2017.

I would like to interview the employees and managers about the success/problems of the projects to analyze GEF's success.
