You asked for Latest Rice Tariffication Bill.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, as per Office of the Undersecretary for Policy and Planning, the Department of Agriculture cannot released yet the information you have requested since it was not yet signed into law.

As a matter of policy, we cannot released any signed documents since it was not DA who drafted the rice tariffication bill but it was the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) who drafted the said bill.

Currently, the bill was approved by the senate committee on its third and final reading.
