The Roxas City LGU is currently updating its Land Use Plan, and one of the recommendations is that the LGU should secure a Certification from the RED for the Reclassification of our proposed areas from agriculture to other uses.

One of the requirement is the application form. Can you send to me a copy of this application form to be filled up?
