Hi! I would like to request the documents on the citizen's charters of the implementing agencies of the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF).
I've managed to find PhilMech's and and PhilRice's citizen's charters that are specific to the mechanization and seed programs of RCEF. However, I need to acquire such information from the other implementing agencies, particularly LBP and the DBP under the credit program; and ATI, PhilMech, PhilRice, and TESDA under the extension services of RCEF.
