In behalf of the residents of Barangay Dilan, Pozzorubio and Lipit Sur, Manaoag in Pangasinan, we would like to request for the following documents:

1) Approval - Location Clearance (LC) pursuant to E.O. No. 72;
2) Approval - Environmental Compliance Certificate pursuant to provisions of HLURB (HUDCC);
3) Approval - Exemption Clearance from Department of Agriculture;
4) Approval -  Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) from DENR.
5) Approval - Office of the Mayor

Your immediate action would be highly appreciated.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have some of the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact Ms. Jurma Ann Gargoles of Department of Environment Natural Resources Region 1 at (072) 700-2448 to 49, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at https://www.denr.gov.ph/images/stories/dao-2016-29_DENR-FOI_Manual_with_link.pdf.

If I may suggest, it would be better if you will go to your nearest DA Office as your request may require further validation of the area. We have DA station at DA RFO-I, Aguila Road, Sevilla Norte, City of San Fernando, La Union. Our expert at Region 1 is DR. JHONABETH PAJARILLA
