Good day. I am writing to reiterate my request for certified true copies of the following:
(1) AGENY-WIDE Rationalization Plan for the Research and Development Division (R&DD) of the Department of Agriculture (DA), and
(2) Rationalization Plan for R&DD of the DA Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO I). 

I have already reached out to DA-RFO I. Unfortunately, they do not have a copy of the requested documents. They also referred me to the Central Office; hence, my earlier request. I look forward to your expedient response in accordance with the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007.
