Good morning!

I would like to process online my application for cash assistance  
for covid 19 positive Claimants but i dont know how to get a control number as required by your office. With this, I am asking for your assistance to process my papers.

However, as advised by our Personnel, you may wish to contact your Personnel particularly your Liason Officer with GSIS and ECC to follow-up the status of your assistance, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at https://www.gsis.gov.ph/ or https://cashassistance.ecc.gov.ph/
