Goodmorning!

I am Joeven D. Moldez a resident of Brgy, Ibarra Maasin City. 

This is regarding the registration address of TIN which is in BIR Revenue District Office 090 - Maasin City. Currently, I am working in the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 8 Tacloban City and my job requires me to transfer my registration address to RDO Code: 088. RDO: Tacloban City hence I am writing this letter requesting your good office to facilitate my request.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot facilitate our request because the type of information requested and request do not fall under the FOI. However, you may wish to coordinate with our Regional Field Office, in particular our Personnel Division, to assist us in transfer of records. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to da_foidm@yahoo.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
