Good Day! On behalf of our group, I would like to request for a copy of the targets/plan of action, for the year 2019, 2020, and 2021, of the Municipal Agriculture Office of Municipality of Concepcion, Tarlac.

I would like to ask also, if such documents are prohibited to issue? Since according to our inquiry with such office, the docuements that we are requesting can not be issued to us.

The reason for our request is that the data gathered will be used for our research study in compliance to our curriculum

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Only the MAO of Concepcion, Tarlac can provide the data requested. 

Please also note that Municipal Agriculture Office is under their respective local government unit. As a rule, the MAO develop plans, strategies, programs and policies on agriculture for consideration and approval of the Mayor and Sangguniang Bayan.
