I'm Ermitanio C-jay, and I'm now studying Architecture at Tarlac State University. I'm also conducting research on rice drying systems in Tarlac City.
I'd like to collect information on: 
1. Tarlac province farmers' list and rice field area per municipality.
2. Tarlac City has drying facilities.
3. Post-harvest losses occur during the drying processes.

Thank you for your response; it will be extremely beneficial to my research work.

Your FOI request is approved. 

Please note that we cannot provide the list because it is under Data Privacy Act and also part of the consent form in the RSBSA registration, we cannot provide the personal information of our farmers. The consent form also stated that their data will be solely used by DA in targeting its program and interventions. We can only provide you the statistical data of RSBSA. 

Please also note that our data is limited to provincial level only. For data on municipal/city, you may coordinate their respective Provincial/Municipal Agriculture Officer.
