October 26, 2017 Dear John James Labrador, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 31, 2017 08:54:08 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Monthly Volume of Fruits and Vegetable Import and Production in Cebu Province from 2010 - 2016. Response to your request We sincerely apologized for our late response. The Department of Agriculture is on the process of improving our compliance with the Freedom of Information (FOI) bill. Just this month, we have accessed with the e-FOI. We hope for your understanding. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact Philippine Statistics Authority thru their director Mr. Romeo S. Recide at (02) 462-6600 locals 839, 833 and 834, and or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at psa.gov.ph. Currently, the Bureau of Agricultural Statistics, the agency who handles statistical data in agriculture, was transferred to the management of Philippine Statistics Authority. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to our department Secretary. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
