We would like to know the total number of people who availed the P25,000 ACPC loan for the First District of Iloilo.

This inquiry is in relation with the article posted last April 3, 2020 by the Philippine Information Agency itself (https://bit.ly/2F7xN8U). 

As mentioned, the news broke out last April but up to this day, local DA personnels are claiming that the budget allocation for the aforementioned program is not yet available.

Please enlighten us. Thank you!
