Good day Ma'am/Sir, I would like to request a copy of the list of registered farmers for first and second cropping season of Bani, Pangasinan. May I also request that the copy includes the following:
1. Contact Numbers and e-mail address of Farmers
2. Address of the Farmers
3. Crops Produced
4. Total Farm Area

You asked for List of Registered Farmers in Bani, Pangasinan.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 


We cannot provide the data requested because it is under Data Privacy Act and it is also included in the consent form signed by farmers and fishers, which states that the list will only be used as basis of the Department for identifying beneficiaries.

We can only provide statistical data of farmers.

Please note that the Registry of Farmers were done by the Municipal / Provincial Agriculture Office. The master list is also with the MAO/PAO. They are under their respective local government units.

If our concern is for partnership with farmers, we can ask MAO or thru our Regional Field Office to link with us with the beneficiaries 

Your right to request a review
