You asked for RCEF Beneficiariesin San Miguel, Bulacan.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

As of October 5, the total number of registered farmers in Bulacan is 31, 184

In relation to your query on RCEF, we cannot provide the names and location because it is under Data Privacy Act and the consent form signed by the farmers when they registered in the RSBSA. The consent tell that their names will used by the Department as basis for the beneficiaries of its program.

May we provide you with the count of beneficiaries in Bulacan under the Programs of Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF), to wit:
·         Seeds Program – 95,044 individual farmers received inbred seeds

·         Mechanization Program – 150 farmers cooperatives and associations received farm machineries

·         Extension Program – 246 specialists trained, 3,768 trainers trained, 21,706 farmers trained, and 454 extension intermediaries trained

·         Rice Farmers Financial Assistance Program – 27,273 individual farmers received cash subsidy

PLease note that our data is limited to regional and provincial level only. For city and municipality, the data is handled by their respective local government unit specifically their Municipal/City Agriculture Office.
