Relative to the requested files on BAPTC, kindly see attached BAPTC Briefer.  As for the conceptual framework, we reached out to the BAPTC PMO but they were not able to provide such. The requesting person may also directly communicate with the BAPTC PMO through their contact details provided in the Briefer. Thank you for waiting. Have a good day!
