7. Converted agriculture lands to industrial, commercial, aquafarm, residential use, and others from 2011 to present, including converted aquafarm areas to commercial, industrial, and others; and
8. Updated list of establishments/institutions/associations/cooperatives by
city/municipality and barangay for the three cities

Your FOI request is approved. 

For your question on conversion of land, the data is under the Department of Agrarian Reform.

Here are the accredited CSOs/Cooperative in NCR:

Please note that the three cities you mentioned belongs to National Capital Region, we don't have the exact data on production in NCR since it is not an agricultural area. However, we do have efforts  in urban agriculture.
