We would like to secure a copy of Mortgage filed at the Department of Agriculture for Ani at Kita  RSBSA Enrollment Form filed (now Public Document) by Mr Angelito Cabahel & Mrs Rowena Cabahel of Brgy. Balangkare Sur, Gen. Mamerto Natividad, Nueva Ecija Region III.

DETAILS:
Document: Mortgage Agreement to till Farm Lot to produce Palay
Party Involved:
1. Mr Angelito Cabahel & Mrs. Rowena Cabahel
2. Mrs. Prescilla Serain & Mrs. Sherlita Pera.

Information: the agreement is considered illegal act according to Agrarian Laws and the Farm Lot is subject for Litigation.
