May I know if you have any data or how to get the value of fruit bearing trees in an agricultural land?

This is for the purpose of appraisal of a certain property containing several fruit bearing trees.

Good day Sir, 

I would like to inquire on the cost of fruit bearing trees like mango, coconut, others. We need the information as basis for the settlement of trees that has been affected by our project. 

In our project, some trees are affected and needs to be removed/cut. With this, we need to properly compensate the owner based on the standards set by the government.
