Dear Zenia Alalag,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 29, 2023 02:50:39 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Priority Commodity Investment Plans of the 6 CAR Provinces.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved.

We have forwarded your request to the our regional field offices in DA-CAR.

This is their response:

"This is in response to the request of Ms. Zenia Alalag for Priority Commodity Investment Plans (PCIPs) in the 6 provinces of CAR. With this, please be informed that the PCIP is lodged under the local government units as they utilize the PCIPs for funding from the various agencies such as other National Government Agencies (NGAs), Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) and the private sector.

Likewise, the PLGU uses the PCIP as the basis for selecting eligible interventions and projects significant to the province for funding, hence, we request Ms. Alalag to contact the LGU offices directly to discuss her concerns.

Rest assured that we will forward your request to our agricultural offices in the provinces."
