I would like to request for a master list with contact information of the beneficiaries of Rice Enhancement Competitiveness Fund (RCEF) in Mindanao area.

You asked for List of Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) Beneficiaries in Mindanao.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide the information you have requested. 

The list of beneficiaries for RCEF is based on the list registered from the REGISTRY SYSTEM FOR BASIC SECTORS IN AGRICULTURE (RSBSA). Please take note that the consent document completed by the farmers states that the list will only be used by the Department as identification who will qualify for various DA program. However, what we can provide is statistical data regarding the number of farmer beneficiary per component.
