Hi! Good day! I am currently taking up Master of Science in Construction Management at PUP-Manila and I am now in the stage of writing my thesis entitled "IMPLEMENTATION OF RA 9184 IN THE PROCUREMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND FISHERIES POST-HARVEST INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES IN THE PHILIPPINES" wherein my target respondents are BAC practitioners under the DA proper and its attached agencies where offices are located in Metro Manila. In line with this, may I humbly inquire what are these agencies who procured or procuring post-harvest infra facilities, e.g. cold storages, warehouses, etc? Ty.
