Good day. I am writing to request for certified true copies of the following:
(1) Rationalization Plan for the Research and Development Division (R&DD) of the Department of Agriculture (DA), and
(2) Rationalization Plan for R&DD of the DA Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO I). 

More specifically, I am looking for information regarding the plantilla positions in the DA's R&DD and corresponding duties of Research Specialists. I look forward to your prompt response. Please do not hesitate to call for questions. Thank you.
