However, you may wish to contact Bureau of Agricultural Research https://bar.gov.ph/index.php/about-us/organizational-chart/directory-of-officials The DA-BAR is the agency mandated to coordinate agricultural research was affirmed by EO 292, otherwise known as the Administrative Code of 1987.
