Hi! I would like to request access to view the Agriculture and Fisheries Modernization Plan (AFMP) 2018-2023 for CALABARZON. I am making this request both for my thesis and for our requirements under the UP Community Health and Development Program.

I had initially tried to access this document via the Department of Agriculture - CALABARZON website, but unfortunately, an error must be occurring as after trying on different devices and different internet connections, the document does not seem to load even after waiting some time.
