My name is Nina Angela Cruz, a third-year journalism student at UST. I write to request records maintained by the Department of Agriculture in relation to the Porcine Parvovirus (PPV) and Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Syndrome (PEDS) in each region. I would thus like to request your kind assistance for me to be able to secure the data below in spreadsheet format, per region in the country:

1. Number of swine affected by PPV and PEDS from the first case of infection to the most recent; and
2. Number of swine deaths due to PPV and PEDS
